If an order must be cancelled, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged for orders that have already processed.
If an item must be returned, buyer pays for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must have not been installed, in new condition and come with the original packaging. For return requests, please email sales@fastuningstore.com.
Approved returns must be done within 14 days of purchase. All approved returns will be fully refunded using the customers original form of payment minus the 20% restocking fee.
If an item is returned and there has been evidence of it being installed, then the return will be rejected and the buyer will need to pay for return shipping back to them.
FAS Tuning is not responsible for damaged return items caused by the carrier. The customer will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible of all diagnostic, install/deinstall, and shipping costs and FAS Tuning is not responsible for any of these costs associated. All items should be diagnosed prior.
